Our 200 Hr. Teacher Training

Our 200 Hr. Teacher Training is a Therapeutic approach to a Traditional Hatha Yoga System. Much focus is put on Anatomy through Structural Alignment study. Graduates learn specifically how to work with a raw beginner in Asana practice as well as safely moving students to stronger levels of practice. There is also a strong focus on traditional studies of Yoga: History, Philosophy, Pranayama and Teaching Methodologies. This course also introduces some Energy work modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Reiki and Jin Shin Jytsu as a way of studying the 'Wireless Anatomy' and Chakra systems.
