AYT-Positional Therapy Yoga was developed by Bridget Yanni after her study at Kripalu under Lee Albert. She incorporates her 20 years of practice and study of Neuromuscular Bodywork and her 10 years of Yoga study and instruction. Bridget Yanni is a licensed Bodyworker and E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. She has also developed AYT Bodywork (Ammayanni Yoga Therapeutics) and AYT Yoga instruction.
This Workshop will focus on common structural imbalances that contribute to chronic pain and muscle fatigue through:
*Yoga poses-to slack and release tension in short tight overbearing muscles
*Yoga poses and sequences that shorten and strengthen overstretched, tight and weak muscles
*Working with trigger points, releasing tension with tennis balls and foam rollers
All levels of practice welcome.
