Join us for this 2-hour yoga workshop focused on building strength, balance, and flexibility, as well as learning poses specifically geared towards injury prevention to help support a long life of healthy climbing.
We will focus on active poses that will benefit you in a pre-climb warmup, building strength and deveooping a heightened sense of body awareness through posturing and weight distribution. We will explore energy conservation through pranayama (breath work), as well as recovery poses for your post-climb cool down.
