Come join the fun as we explore freedom in the hips and thighs and the power that comes through the practice of arm balancing poses.
We’ll apply specific alignment techniques to build strength and flexibility and soar to new heights in our asana practice. Exploring everything from basic to advanced poses; seated, standing, twists and forward folds.
