With Hillary Eisenman
Exploring sound through voice, invoking healing sounds and song is an ancient practice in many indigenous cultures.
As we listen to the sound and let go of the thinking mind we enter deep states of relaxation where the body is able to heal and rejuvenate.
Listeners journey through their inner sanctum of Heart & Soul experiencing states of deep relaxation and peace; where inspiration and inner guidance are more easily accessed.
Join us as we condition our physical body through gentle asana, tune our energy body through sacred sound and song in preparation for this inner journey meditation.
