Learn and feel for yourself the benefits of Restorative Yoga, mentally, emotionally and physically. We will utilize ‘breath work’ and visualization to enhance relaxation and encourage healing. A Restorative Yoga practice is designed to give the systems of the body time and space to unwind built up tension caused by stresses in daily living.

About the Instructor: Sandra is a 200 E-RYT and a 500 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and Reiki Master Practitioner. She has studied both 200 and 300 hours of therapeutic yoga at the AmmaYanni Yoga Center & School. She has also completed several certification programs on Restorative yoga. Sandra has been teaching yoga for over 4 years and has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She teaches standard asana class (with modifications for those who struggles with poses), yin yoga, positional therapeutic yoga, and restorative yoga.
