Join Sandy Muir and Michelle Supsic for an exploration of the Earth Element with Yin/Restorative yoga, acupuncture and aromatherapy. Sandy is a Reiki Master, Aromatherapist and Restorative Yoga teacher. Michelle is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Yin Yoga teacher. Together, they will lead the group in a grounding and centering experience. We’ll talk about the Earth Element and how to use essential oils and yoga poses to support this element within you. At the end, Michelle will place a few acupuncture needles to support your Earth.

Everyone is welcome, and yoga teachers will receive CEUs. Please register in advance, as space is limited.
