Michelle Supsic will lead this intensive for a deeper dive into fascia, the meridians, and a Yin Yoga practice for the Metal Element and the fall season. There will be an hour of lecture followed by a Yin Yoga practice, and plenty of time for Q&A. There will be no acupuncture in this session. Anyone can join us. Yoga teachers will receive continuing education credits. Please register in advance. $40 per person.
